What are pronouns nouns?

There's no such thing as a "pronoun noun". It's a bit like asking "what's a blue apple?" It's a combination of two words that don't belong together. Here's why:

* Pronouns: These are words that stand in for nouns. Examples are *he, she, it, they, we, you, I*. They can be used in place of a noun to avoid repetition or when the noun is already clear from context.

* Nouns: These are words that name a person, place, thing, or idea. Examples are *dog, house, love, happiness, John*.

The Relationship: Pronouns and nouns work together in a sentence. Pronouns replace nouns, but they don't become nouns themselves.
