What languages write left to right?

Many languages are written left to right, including:

* European languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Swedish, Dutch, Finnish, etc.

* Other Indo-European languages: Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Marathi, Punjabi, Gujarati, etc.

* Other languages: Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai, etc.

This is not an exhaustive list, but it gives a good idea of the many languages that are written left to right.

It's important to note that some languages have different writing systems depending on the context:

* Arabic and Hebrew: These languages are written right to left, but numbers are written left to right.

* Japanese: While Japanese is mostly written left to right, some elements, like traditional poetry, are written right to left.

* Chinese and Korean: While these languages are traditionally written top to bottom and right to left, they are often written left to right in modern contexts, especially in digital environments.

So, while left-to-right writing is the most common system, it's essential to be aware of the variations that exist.
